The SomnoDent Fusion is custom fabricated using dental acrylic and enhanced with a Bflex soft liner to deliver a high level of comfort during sleep therapy.
Its design incorporates replaceable wings that advance the lower jaw, helping prevent the tongue and surrounding soft tissues from obstructing the airway during sleep. These wings, together with adjustable screws, allow the appliance to be positioned precisely—enabling you or your dentist to achieve an optimal balance between comfort and therapeutic effectiveness.
Many users appreciate the two-piece design, which allows the upper splint to be seated first, followed by the lower splint. Each device is tracked throughout the entire production process, from digital scans and impressions through manufacturing and final delivery.

All IOS scans or impressions undergo a full review prior to manufacture to help ensure the device fits comfortably for the patient.
