SomTabs by SomnoMed are cleaning tablets for SomnoDent devices, helping remove bacteria, odours, and hard-to-reach residue through gentle soaking, brushing, and rinsing as part of daily morning care routine hygiene.

Each box contains 30 tablets.
SomTabs are formulated to clean areas that are difficult to reach and to help remove unpleasant odours from your oral device.
SomTabs are recommended by SomnoMed® for gentle and thorough cleaning of SomnoMed® devices. They are intended to clean hard-to-reach areas and help eliminate bacteria and odours.
Always clean your device in the morning immediately after removal from your mouth.
1. Dissolve one SomTabs tablet in a sufficient amount of warm water (approximately 35 °C / 95 °F) in the travel case.
Do not use hot water, as this may damage the device and invalidate the warranty.
2. Carefully place your SomnoDent® device into the travel case, ensuring all parts are fully immersed in the cleaning solution.
3. After approximately 15 minutes, remove the device and any small parts. Take care not to lose any components. Discard the used solution from the travel case.
4. Thoroughly brush the device using a toothbrush, then rinse it under cool running water.
5. Clean the metal components of SomnoDent® Flex, Edent, Classic, or Herbst devices using a cleaning brush or toothbrush.
6. Dry all parts of the device and the travel case carefully using a clean towel.
7. When not in use, store the device according to your SomnoMed® Instructions for Use.
Keep your oral device away from direct sunlight.
Do not use toothpaste, as it contains abrasives that may damage the device.
Do not use hot water, as it may damage the device.
- Do not place SomTabs tablets in the mouth.
- Do not swallow the cleaning solution or use it as a mouth rinse.
- Keep tablets out of reach of children, domestic animals, and individuals at risk of accidental ingestion.
- If swallowed, seek immediate medical advice.
- Not recommended for users with known hypersensitivity to persulfates.
