ResMed AirSense™ 10 AutoSet™ For Her CPAP is an auto-adjusting CPAP device using a gender-specific algorithm for women with OSA, designed to support comfort, sensitive flow detection, and effective therapy management.
Auto-adjusting pressure sleep apnea device for women
The AirSense™ 10 AutoSet™ For Her CPAP is an auto-adjusting therapy device that uses an AutoSet algorithm tailored for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in women. It delivers the same advanced performance as the standard AirSense 10 AutoSet while addressing female-specific OSA characteristics. Women represent nearly 35% of newly diagnosed OSA patients¹.
The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet For Her is based on the proven AutoSet algorithm, with adjustments tailored to characteristics commonly seen in women with OSA.
Research indicates that female patients often present with increased upper airway resistance². As a result, the AutoSet for Her algorithm is designed to be more sensitive to flow limitation.
ResMed’s AutoSet for Her algorithm includes a Respiratory Effort-Related Arousal (RERA) reporting feature within AirView, ResMed’s secure, cloud-based therapy management system*. This reporting capability offers additional clinical insight by supporting identification of shorter respiratory events.
- Complete therapy solution: Can be paired with the AirFit™ for Her mask series to provide a comprehensive therapy option for female patients
- Ambient light sensor: Automatically adjusts screen brightness based on room lighting to help minimise disturbance to bed partners during nighttime use
- Easy-Breathe motor: Whisper-quiet³ operation to support a more peaceful sleep environment
- Built-in wireless connectivity: Enables remote monitoring, setting adjustments, and troubleshooting
- Optional integrated humidification: Provides consistent humidification throughout the night when used with the HumidAir™ humidifier featuring advanced HumidAir technology
