Designed to support rapid patient acceptance of non-invasive ventilation (NIV), the ResMed AcuCare™ F1-0 hospital non-vented (NV) full face mask provides a stable and secure fit. It is intended to help reduce the risk of pressure sores and skin breakdown while supporting patient comfort. A dependable seal helps minimise pressure points and reduce leaks, which may lower the need for intubation.
- Non-vented mask designed for ventilators that require a dual circuit, or a single circuit with an integrated expiratory valve
- Blue elbow identifies the mask as non-vented and without an anti-asphyxia valve (AAV); intended for use with a vented circuit
- Sizing template included on the packaging for quick identification of appropriate mask size
- Designed specifically for hospital use
- Colour-coded components that are easy to identify and compatible with commonly used hospital breathing circuits
- Intended for single-patient use for up to 7 days
This mask must be used with breathing circuits or positive pressure ventilation (PPV) devices that provide their own method of venting expired or supplemental gases.
